About
VITTBI, incorporated in 2003, is registered as a not-for-profit society, which helps technology start-up businesses with all the necessary resources / support that the start-up needs to evolve and grow as a mature business. VITTBI was started with initial grant support from the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of S&T, Govt. of India has become a multi-stakeholder organisation. Currently, VITTBI has active programs supported by DST, BIRAC (BioNEST) and MeitY (TIDE 2.0 ) incubation centre. VITTBI supports Innovative Technology startups with access to knowledge, funding, infrastructure, mentoring and network.
VITTBI’s Bioincubation Centre supported by Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) under the Bioincubators Nurturing Entrepreneurship for Scaling Technologies (BioNest) scheme, is a state of the art incubation centre supporting innovative start-up companies and bio entrepreneurs engaged in the broad areas of life sciences and medical devices
